Hey peeps! Hope you enjoyed reading this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. This has to be the first book I've written that I'm proud of. All my other ones were either really terrible or never were finished.

I'd like to say a big warm thank you to all the people who inspired and helped me create these wondercrump characters. For example Thomas, who had the idea of Jessabelle Ogglington in the first place and let me use her as Archibald's "admirer". Also I'd like to thank Genevieve, who helped fuel my imagination with her own; Joanna, who has been optimistic and supported me all the time; Alisha, whose weirdness inspired the weird flare to this novel.

I was greatly inspired by the sci-fi series "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams, which is the main reason I wanted to write sci-fi novels but give it a non sci-fi twist. Goodness knows if I've done that. I was also inspired by the epic TV series "Doctor Who", which inspired me with the concept of travelling.

This book series has only just begun, and believe me, there are far worse fiends than Duji Maluj. If you've been paying very close attention then you'll know what I'm talking about. So, with that said, I shall leave you with the satisfaction of completing yet another book. Thank you for reading!
