CHAPTER 7
“Claudia? Where are you babe?” Aaron called.
“Here!!” She replied, more loudly then his booming head could deal with.
“Hey baby! Are you ready to have an amazing night?”
“Sure, that sounds fun.”
“By the way, Claudia. You look amazing.”
She was dresses in a slim-fitting, revealing red dress. It only just came to below her knees. Aaron was mesmerized by her every move.
“So, what is this ‘special treat’ you organized for me,” asked Claudia.
“Well, I thought we could go to a restaurant and then go back to my place for a bit. My parents aren’t home, so I thought we could just hang out.”
“Ok, sounds nice.”
Claudia and Aaron drove to the Ciao Bella, Italian Delight restaurant.
It was one of those expensive, posh restaurants with the snobby waiters. The dor included dark oak wood and a lot of red velvet and silk.
“Aaron, are you sure you can afford this place?” Claudia asked.
“Do you doubt me baby?” he asked, joking with her playfully.
“No, not at all. It’s just, this place is very expensive.”
“I know, but I want to do something special for you.”
“Aw, you’re so romantic.”
They were seated at a quiet corner, surrounded by beautiful wall decorations. They ordered, and ate; chatting quietly.
They were eating their dessert of gelato and crosstoliwhen Aaron began to talk again.
“So, are we heading back to my place?” he asked.
“Sure if that’s what you want.”
They paid for the meal, then headed back to Aaron’s place.
His house was quiet, and slightly messy; neither Aaron, his parents or his drug-addicted sister cared about neatness.
“Are we going to watch a movie or something?” asked Claudia.
“Actually, I had a different idea.”
He leaned in to kiss her. Finally, he was about to get what he wanted.
