the greasy meat goes down your throat

at a greasy spoon restaurant

the truckers and tough guys with tattoos

ask for a second helping here

the toothless waitress sips her coffee

and the sliders pile up

baked on a bed of steamed onions

nobody goes hungry here at truckstop Slider

the waitress forgot to shave her legs

and some of the women stare

making unusual comments

but nobody will care

they don't care if you are a bear

you get a second helping here

this greasy spoon is hiding under the moon

only the lucky find the place

leather and lace

a place for enthusiasm

and overalls

and unlucky waterfalls

if you fall into an avalanche of love

sliders is what they come for

the rest is up to you

and the sliders pile up
