Chapter 1

My name is JulianaParker. My ex BFF Shelby White is the cheer captain/diva/ and many other nasty things. The worst part is that she has Cameron Adams.

Let me introduce myself. I have brown hair, brown eyes, with average height, and good grades, actually. I have a loving family: Dad, Mom and my brother Nicholas, which everyone calls him Nick. At school, i'm not exactly popular, (It's probably because I dontlaughloud enoughnorflirt like sluts)I know some people from classes, but my best friend is Cameron Jenkins. Yes, he's a guy, and no we dont like each other, we've known each other since we shared a sandwich in kindergarten. Duh, my one and only crush is David Adams, which has the record of five years, ever since he transferred when we were in fifth grade. Do the math, and viola, I'm a sophomore. And this is my story.

"I can't believe you did this!" I turned around andwhipered to Cameron, my best guy friend, the instant our Chemstry teacher turned her back.

"I thought it might cheer you up! Have some fun!" Cam said, smiling.

"No! We have so many tests coming up this week, I dont have time for a stupid date!" I scolded him.

"Why? What's the matter with you? Are you sure you're straight? I've never seen you going out with another guy!"

"Let me tell you what's not straight! Your brain! I dont want to go out with Will! He's....he's.... ugh! He's not ugly but.....gosh, you know about David, he's my only crush. End of conversation." I whsipered and turned to face the board. This is going to be great. I can literally feel Cam giving me the sly smile. He knows he's good at talking people into stuff. Crazy, crazy stuff.

The bell rang and Cameron nudged me and said something about Will and picking me up at 7. Whatever! I dont want to think about it. I stick out my tongue at him as he looped his arms around his new girlfriend, Tina. What a play boy. This is what, the 10th girl this year? Gosh, what is his problem? Why can't he be a little loyal and stick with a girl for at least three months?

Soon after I got home, the clock pointed 7 and I just threw some nice clothes on, put on some make up and met Will downstairs.

"Hey Will." I said.

"Hey Juliana, you look beautiful tonight." Will said.

"Thank you." I replied.

The night felt like an eternity, but I dont really remember anything. I only remember how I kept staring at Will's open mouth when he chewed. I really expect alot from a guy: music, grades, sports, handwriting, manners, and habits. But this guy, clearly does not have any table manners. Dont get me wrong, I dont need like "no coughing or sneezing at the tables", but chewing quietly with your mouth shut would be nice. Another thing is that he just kept rambling and rambling. I didnt get a chance to speak.

When he brought me back home, he said "I had a great night, I hope we can do this again soon. You should talk more."

I might talk more when I get the chance to, you dumb thing, was what I thought to myself, what really came out was: "Maybe."
"See you at school tomorrow!" Will practically squealed.

"Sure thing." I said, heading toward my door.

I suddenly stopped infront of my door after Will drove away and happened to see a pink BMW parked infront of David's house.

This is going to be so great.

David moved in next door during fifth grade, and that when my crush started. He has short brown hair, brown eyes, oh just like me! Anyways, very tall, very built. Dazzling eyes and melting smile. We know each other. However, he is the popular soccor team captain. Which naturallydraws an equal sign to popularity and dating the cheer captain, which is what is exactly happening right now.
