CHAPTER 14

I blinked. This was a dream. There was no question about it. But I've never been AWARE that I was dreaming while I was dreaming.

Just then I heard a loud click noise, and everyone was up like nothing had happened.

I know it's not a dream now. What is going on? Did Emerson devolop a new power that makes normal people black out? I needed my siblings ASAP to figure this out. I started to walk to what I knew as the science hallway, otherwise known as Levi and Catcher’s locker area.

“Hayden?!” Matt screamed after me, waving his arms.

I face palmed. Matt. He’s not going to know he was just on the ground for what felt like a lifetime. He thinks he just gave me a flirty smile, while I was taking him to the nurses office, and I just ran away. I must look like such an idiot.

“Matt I’m sorry I just realized im suppose to meet Levi and Catcher right now, I should have said something before I offered to take you to the nurse's office, im sorry!” I covered up quickly, my worst lie ever.

“ oh yeah! Go ahead! But you owe me! I wont let you forget!” he jogged away, only to glance back and wink at me.

This guy was going to be the next Hugh Hefner, or the next president. Same idea.

I had to find Levi, Catcher, and Emerson to see if what just happened to me happened to them and even more importantly if they had anything to do with it.
