The Black Hearted Raven

Summary

Edonia Ravenna never believed in happily-ever-afters.
After hearing about the death of her husband to-be Edonia was released from the chains that had kept her in place under her father’s thumb. Choosing to flee rather than remain there for the sake of her life and sanity, she’s now stuck on a hell-bound path of destruction.
That is, until she meets a young woman who looks vaguely familiar.
Now, Edonia is stuck in the life of a peasant, suffering the hardships that she had never known before but it all seems to crumble when her carefully crafted lies begin to unravel. She knows she’ll be caught but her father had always taught her that to keep a secret it was easier when the only person alive who knew it, was herself.

This little raven has a heart as black as coal.

“Once upon a time, prince charming didn’t exist, the princesses had run away,

the soldiers had died in battle and the king and queen were thrown in the dungeons.

Oh, and happily-ever-afters don’t always happen the way they do in fairytales."

A/N ~ Hello to all my fellow readers, this is my first novel to which I am fully devoted, and I hope that each of you will understand when I say that nothing fills me with more pride than to see my work doing well and thriving under meticulous care. To any who wish to be updated when the next chapters are posted please tell me in your comments or you will not be notified. I would also like to point out that if you find any grammatical errors to please point them out -- and don't hesitate to tell me when punctuation has been dutifully ignored, I know that I shouldn't tell you all that I'm not the best at those two certain aspects of my writing but I may as well, I need help to improve and only you all can offer it. Some of my characters are based on actual people, not by name, but by personality and likeness.

Feel free to critic harshly should you want to, Just explain as to why you are saying such and such and all will be fine.
