"Aleixo!" I uttered and hugged him warmly. "Sit. What are you doing here?"

"Ta. I was in the area and I thought I'd come see my American devil," he grinned, his eyes twinkling. I rolled mine and handed him my mocha. He drank some of, and I noticed people outside and everyone in Starbucks were staring at us.

"Where are Ryder and Zeke?" I asked, crossing my legs. "Fucking random girls in the restrooms?"

"Now, now. Let's not be explicit in public," he smirked and I flipped him off, making him laugh. "They're getting sweets."

"Sweets?" Alison asked, eyebrow raised.

"Sorry, candy," he corrected himself and I smiled at him.

"That's cute," I teased and he winked at me, making my face flush. "Speaking of cute. Hi, boys!"

"'Sup, Whisper? Looking fit today," Zeke flirted and I giggled at his trademark promiscuousness. Or was that Ryder?

"Not much, handsome. Sit down. How was your night, Ryder?" I questioned, daring him to answer.

"It was very good, thanks. I didn't get much sleep, though," he smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"Slut," I scolded and he cachinnated, the rest of us joining in. Suddenly, an idea hit me and my smile grew.

"Uh-oh, she has an idea!" Alison whispered to the college guys.

"So...you guys would do anything for me, right?" I asked coquettishly, addressing the band members. They nodded warily and I clapped excitedly. "Great! I want you guys to help me win the homecoming queen crown!"

"How far behind is your school?" Ryder scoffed and I nodded understandingly. "Alright, count me in."

"Me too. You don't even have to ask Leix," Zeke grinned and I squealed.

"Thanks, babes!"

"Oh-em-gee! Maybe they could play at the dance, then everyone would vote for you! Oh, and they could help you give out cupcakes, badges...I can't wait for school!" Alison gushed and the cheerleaders laughed.

"Never thought I'd hear that," I mumbled and she stuck her tongue out.

"Who do you think will be the Homecoming King?" Cam asked, finding his voice. The girls and I looked at one another, then back at him. "Maximilian."

"Duh!" Verona cackled. "He doesn't even try! Half the time, he doesn't even run, it's a write-in."

"And if I win, we'll be the homecoming couple," I giggled, then corrected myself. "When I win."

"Fuck, yeah!" Verona agreed then checked her watch. "Come on, girlies. We'd best get going, my parents are coming home today and I'm supposed to be grounded."

"Naughty," Ryder smirked and she blinked, then blushed madly. I looked from him to her and a smirk of my own creeped onto my face.

"Maybe you two could go to the dance together," I supplied and they both looked at me.

"That's a great idea!" Alison backed me up and I smiled gratefully at her.

"If you don't mind, Verona," Ryder purred, his accent winning him major points. "I would sure love to."

"It's a date," she grinned, her voice as confident as ever. They exchanged phone numbers and I kissed all three of the boys on the cheek.

"Call me, my gorgeous Brits!" I yelled over my shoulder and they laughed. As we neared the ground floor exit, we where stopped dead in our tracks by the herd of fans outside the mall. The mall officers were lined up against the doors to stop anyone from getting in. "Oh, shit."

"Ditto," Taliah said breathlessly. A cool hand slipped into mine and I was pulled back.

"Come on, we know a way out," Aleixo whispered and I nodded, looking back at the girls. Ryder and Verona, and Zeke and Alison were hand-in-hand. We all went to the back of the mall, in the last store, and snuck out using their backdoor.

"Free at last!" Zeke hollered and before we could chide him, screams and the sound of rapid footsteps made us look to our right. "Oh, shit!"

"RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" Ryder bellowed and we bolted towards the gates. We had to leap over cars and rudely push passed people but we didn't care, we just had to escape before we were pummelled by fans. And they weren't even all girls! I'd say at least a good third were guys. College guys, and all.

"There, that's our hummer!" Aleixo yelled and we ran even faster. I struggled not to use my strength, and I realised it was almost painful. An idea hit me and I grabbed Verona, nodding to Alison. They both caught on and we launched Verona high in the air so she had enough time to land gracefully on the hummer. We repeated it until it was only Alison, me and the three boys.

"Get in, get in!" Ryder shouted and she lunged into the ride, the door open. They quickly came in after me and shut the door, locking them. "Bloody hell!"

"Wasn't that downright exciting?" Zeke panted and we all glared at him. "What?"

"You are a blooming pratt, you know that?" Aleixo snapped, then relaxed in the expensive leather seat. What a beautiful hummer it was! Then, I realised he still hadn't let go of my hand.

"I have to admit, that was rush!" I grinned, discreetly pulling my hand away and pretending I needed it for gestures. "Are you sure you guys will be able to spend a whole week here?"

"Of course, love," the trio said in unison. The girls and I squealed, and we started to move. We were back in Beverly hills in just under half an hour, the traffic was terrible.

"Where should they stay?" Melissa was the first to ask the big question. "I have spare rooms."

"So do I!" everyone shouted possessively and I laughed. Everyone in Beverly Hills had big houses, it was a town for the rich and famous to feel safe in! No one could get in or out without ID. Or so we were told.

"You guys can stay with me. I've got three spare rooms across from mine," I offered and they nodded enthusiastically. "You'll have to put up with Echo, though."

"There's only one Echo we know of..." Aleixo mused.

"Your biggest fan," I filled in for him.

"He was our very first follower and subscriber! Have you seen his videos? The guy has talent!" Zeke exclaimed.

"I didn't even know he had a YouTube account, he doesn't like to sing or play for other people," I muttered to myself.

"Maybe that's why he puts videos up on the Internet. He'll never meet any of those people," Ryder shrugged and I nodded. We stopped outside of my house and I gave Steele my key.

"Don't go in my room and don't have a bunch of groupies over!" I ordered sternly and they smirking, winking at me. I giggled and shut the car door, getting back into the party mood with my friends.

****

"I love you, I love you, I love you!" Echo shouted as I came in, embracing me. "How? HOW?"

"I see you've met the boys," I laughed and he kissed me all over, repeatedly. "Okay, okay. Down, boy!"

"Echo, this CD is awesome! Who is it?" Ryder asked as he came down the stairs.

"Uh, it's me," my little Fae mumbled and I gasped, punching his arm. "Ow!"

"That's for not telling me you were talented. I watched your videos at Verona's," I told him and he blushed, shrugging apologetically.

"Come show me some more," Ryder said, gesturing upstairs. Echo grinned at me and lead Ryder back to his room. I sighed and shook my head.

Boys.

I took off my shoes, dropped my bag and strolled to the kitchen, checking there wasn't any blood in the refrigerator. I was half glad, half disappointed. There was a little note on the milk and I read it:

'Your room.
Love, Max'

I picked up my things and ran upstairs to my bedroom, closing the door and dropping my bag. The first place I checked was the very place the blood was; under my bed. I'd have to talk to Max, I hoped he hadn't been searching my room. I gulped down ten bags and stuffed them in a bag afterwards, hiding them at the back of my closet. I'd have to dispose of them soon, or they'd stink up my room. I checked my bedside clock; 7pm. I stripped and went to my en suite, showering for twenty minutes. Once I smelled even better than I usually did, I wrapped a small towel around my body and did the same with my hair. If there was one thing I loved more than lingerie, it was Echo's shirts. We had guests and I didn't want to be inappropriate. Echo didn't mind if I pranced around in nothing but my underwear and bra. I giggled to myself and walked down the hallway to his room. I casually opened the door.

"Echs, I need a-" I froze when the guys gawked at me. "Oops."

"How rich!" Echo cackled and I shot him a glare, glancing to his wardrobe. "Okay, okay. This one?"

"No, I just want a plain one," I pouted when he showed me a red t-shirt. He threw me the one I'd requested and I grinned, winking at him. "Thanks, babe."

"Fuck you," he smirked and I laughed, slipping out of his room and into my own. I put the t-shirt on over a pair of sexy black, lace boy shorts and slipped into some white, knee-high socks. I brushed my hair and single french-braided it. After moisturising, I cleaned and repainted my -finger and toe- nails in a hot pink colour. I looked in the mirror and smiled. Echo's t-shirt didn't completely cover my panties but it did the trick. I grabbed my dirty clothes and towels, and slid down the stairs. I loved thick socks! I dumped my stuff in the washing basket and jumped onto the large, cushioned sofa in the living room. I gently place the cushions on the floor and laid back, switching on the TV. Teen Wolf came on and I grinned - I loved this show and even though the season finale had aired a few months ago, I liked to watch the episodes over and over again. Was I the only one who found Dylan O'Brian cute?

"What's on?" Aleixo asked as he sauntered in, wearing Echo's Abercrombie and Fitch navy sweatpants. My eyes skimmed over his bare torso; he had a gorgeous, light caramel tan which complemented his sparkling blue eyes. Plus, the guy was ripped.

"Um, Teen Wolf," I coughed, tearing my eyes off him and back onto the large, flat screen TV. He lift my long, supple legs and sat down, placing them on his lap.

"What's going on right now?" he asked and I explained it to him. "Why did he just do that!"

"Oh, no. Tell me you're not one of those-"

"Oh, yes," he grinned and I groaned, barely containing my laughter. "He's taking the piss!"

"I'm going to get us some drinks," I finally said, amused but annoyed at his constant commentary. I returned with chips and two sodas. "Here, have some chips and shut up."

"I don't get you Americans. It's crisps not chips!" he laughed and I rolled my eyes, shoving a handful in his mouth. "Mmh eng shmph!"

"Mhm," I teased, plopping back down on the sofa and sprawling my legs over his. Once he finally swallowed the food, he took a handful of the chips and threw them at me. I gasped and giggled madly. And the fight began.

"You're gonna pay for that!" I promised when he dumped the whole bowl on my head. I lunged at him and shook my head like a dog, the salty snacks falling onto his face. He guffawed and rolled over, making us land on the floor. He was now on top of me and I giggled, picking a chip out of his hair and pinging it in his face. He smirked and slowly leaned now. I held my breath as his lips neared mine, but the doorbell interrupted us. I mentally thanked whoever it was, not because I didn't want to kiss Aleixo but because I was loyal to Max. He was mine and I was his. Aleixo got off me and pulled me up, holding me against his muscled body. I gulped and stepped back, turning around and heading to the front door. I opened it to find a grinning Max. He leaned down and kissed me.

"Hi," he murmured.

"Um, hi."

"Why are you covered in chips?" he asked, smirking, then his expression sobered. "And why does your house reek of humans?"

"Whisper, love, who's at the door?" Aleixo yelled and I cringed. Max pushed passed me and I shut the door, hurrying after him.

"Max, meet Aleixo. Leix, this is-"

"Your lad?" he asked grimly and I nodded. He seemed to have noticed how nervous I was and replaced his cold expression for a more polite one. "Nice to meet you, Max. You're a lucky guy."

"I know," Max said through gritted teeth and I elbowed him. "Thanks. Nice to meet you, too."

"Leix, Ryder and Zeke are staying here for a week," I divulged and he couldn't've looked more shocked and angry at the same time. "They're going to help me win the homecoming queen crown."

"You don't need them for that," Max argued and I rolled my eyes. "You'll win just by being you."

"Yeah, but that's boring," I scoffed. "They're staying and that's final."

"But-"

"Final," I snapped and his frown deepened. I glared at Aleixo's ghostly smile but couldn't help my outburst of laughter. "You don't know how stupid you look."

"Hey, you look rather silly, too!" he snickered, pointing at my hair. I gasped and shook my head, over a dozen chips falling out. "I'm gonna go shower."

"Count me in," I groaned, sniffing myself. Then, I realised how that had sounded and quickly corrected myself, "I meant, I'm gonna go shower, too. In my bathroom. A-alone."

"Pity," he smirked and I blushed, running up the stairs before either of them could notice. Max stormed into my room and slammed the door shut.

"I don't want him staying here," he growled and I rolled my eyes, taking Echo's top off. "Especially with you walking around in that underwear. You're not even wearing a bra!"

"So?" I shrugged, tearing off the boy shorts and walking to the bathroom. I turned on the shower and hope it would drown out Max's lecturing. It didn't.

"So, I don't want him thinking you're comfortable around him!"

"But I am. Besides, he knows I'm with you."

"That didn't stop Hunter," he spat and I hated how true it was. Aleixo had almost kissed me, even after I'd told him countless amounts of times about Max. "They need to go."

"No. It's too late for that, they're staying. Now, can you drop it?"

"Not this time. Either you kick them out or-"

"Or what?" I snapped, turning off the water and stalking towards him. "Or. What?"

"Or I'll get rid of them myself," he replied coldly and I gaped at him. "You know I'll do it."

"Don't you dare, Maximilian Augustus, or I'll-"

"What? What will you do, Whisper?" he challenged and I realised I didn't know how to finish that sentence. "You'll tear me to pieces? You'll dump me?"

Tears pricked my eyes as I stood there, being mocked by my own boyfriend. He flashed to me and cupped my face, wiping the falling tears away with his thumbs.

"I'm sorry, delicia. Don't cry, please," he murmured, kissing my cheeks. I pushed him away and treaded back to my room. He pinned me against the fall and trailed kisses down my neck and along my collarbone. I shivered at his gently, loving touch and failed to shove him again. He'd already won me back. His lips found mine and his tongue invaded my mouth. I moaned against his and wrapped my legs around him. His hands slowly traveled up my abdomen and my breathing became shallow as he neared my breasts. He continued to kiss me passionately and I knew, then, that my body was at his mercy.

I rolled over and opened my eyes, blinking until they adjusted to the darkness. I lifted my head up slightly to check the time; 06:00. It was Sunday and I was up at frickin' six o'clock in the morning!

I turned back onto my left side and admired Max's beautiful features. He looked so innocent and...angelic...asleep. It was incredible. I carefully stroked his cheek and ran my hand down his warm, olive-skinned chest. His hair was a black, unruly mess and I cautiously brushed it off his face. He stirred and I froze, not wanting to wake him. Gingerly, I slipped out of the bed and put on my pink, cotton bathrobe. I tip-toed to Echo's room, making sure he was alone, and walked into his en suite. I showered quickly and left the room, going back to my own. Max was still sleeping and I relaxed. I shoved on a pair of grey skinny sweatpants and a plain tank top. I put on my white, low converse and tied my hair into a loose ponytail. I grabbed my iPod Nano 2011 and placed it in my armband. I tip-toed back out of my room and down the stairs. I looked back as I entered the kitchen and bumped into Zeke.

"What are you doing up?" I whispered.

"I could ask you the same thing," he grinned, talking loudly.

"Shh! You'll wake them," I hissed and grabbed his hand, leading him to the toaster. "I'm going to run. Your turn."

"Me too," he answered and I looked down, noticing his jogging outfit. He winked at me and I giggled, making us some toast. We ate quickly and he leaned forward, whispering in my ear, "You look hot in trackies."

"Thanks," I mumbled. "Trackies?"

"Trackies, joggers, sweats, whatever!" he groaned and I shook my head in amusement. We cleaned up and he grabbed his own iPod, slipping it onto his sweats. "Let's go."

We ran for a long time and I was surprised at Zeke. He didn't look like the athletic type, despite his great physique. We went from park to park, stopping only to get drinks from vending machines. When we got back home, we were panting - most of mine fake - and the sun was just peaking through the trees. I opened the door and we strolled in, immediately going to the kitchen and getting tall glasses of water.

"That was great!" Zeke uttered breathlessly and I nodded in agreement.

"You can really run!"

"Why so surprised?"

"You don't seem the type," I shrugged, gulping down more water. "Have a great bod, though."

"And you, love," he grinned and I winked at him. What I liked best about Zeke was there was no tension. I didn't have to feel faint or nervous every time he looked at me. I felt the most comfortable around him because there were no complications - I didn't see him as boyfriend material, he was just...a friend. A brother, almost.

"What's on your mind?"

"Just thinking about how much I like you," I smirked and he chuckled.

"I'm just too dashing!" he sighed, shaking his head. I laughed and bumped his hips with mine. "I like you too. Just not in that way."

"Really?" I gasped, completely relieved. I almost felt angry at myself for not questioning it. "How come?"

"You look like you already have enough drama in your life. You need a friend like me," he shrugged and I smiled sweetly at him. "You're still shag-worthy, though."

"Oh, thanks!" I snickered, ruffling his unruly, blonde hair. "So are you but I'm glad we can be friends."

"Morning," Ryder moaned as he stretched, his muscles flexing. He, on the other hand, I didn't feel so comfortable around. He was such a player and looked to be the type to mess with a girl's head. "You're both so sweaty."

"I don't even know why I bothered showering first," I muttered, unstrapping my iPod. "Don't any of you wear shirts?"

"Nope," Aleixo answered as he strolled in sleepily. "Hey, you're both so-"

"Sweaty, got it," Zeke and I groaned and laughed at each other.

"Your boyfriend's a real arse," Ryder commented as he sat down in the dinning room with Aleixo.

"Shh! He has really good hearing," I hissed, hoping it'd shut him up. It didn't.

"So? T'is a free country, love," Leix grinned and I rolled my eyes. If Max were to walk in here, things would look very bad for me. I was currently making breakfast for three rockstars, two who were half-naked and one sweating like a pig.

"Time?" I asked Zeke as I washed my hands.

"Ten," he answered. "We ran for four hours! Bloody hell..."

"You guys like eggs and bacon?" I shouted and heard yeses. I felt the tiny, white hairs on my neck stand up and before I could react, Max's strong arms were wrapped around my waist and he nuzzled my neck, kissing my cheek. I grinned and turned around, meeting his lips. I tried to keep the kiss as appropriate as possible for my guests' sakes. "Hungry?"

"Not for food," he murmured and I blushed, turning back to the frying pan. Echo came down and I was glad he had a T-shirt on. He sat down with the guys and I put eggs and bacon on four plates. The microwave beeped and I took out the big pot of beans, piling some on on in each plate.

"Breakfast is served," I announced as I gave them each their food and a glass of orange juice. "Eat."

"Thanks, Whisper," they mumbled in between bites and I smirked, walking up the stairs and to my bathroom to shower. When I went back down, wearing my light denim Current/Elliot Girlfriend shorts and navy, Soul Cal Deluxe sweetheart sweater, the guys were watching TV and Zeke was showered and dressed. I tied my wet hair up into a messy ponytail as I strolled into the kitchen, barefooted, and scanned the room. The dishes had been left next to the sink and none of the table sets had been put away.

"BOYS!" I shouted as I stormed into the living room, in front of the TV. They looked up at me quizzically which only pissed me off further. "Clean. Up. After. Yourselves. Now."

"But we're wat-"

"NOW!" I snapped at Echo and they trudged to the kitchen, clearing the table whilst grumbling. I watched them wash and dry the dishes, put them away and mop the floor. "Good, now you can watch TV."

"Yay," Zeke mumbled and I shot him a glare, before picking up my kindle and plopping down on the sofa. Aleixo was about to put my legs up on his lap as he had last night but Max beat him to it. I shrugged apologetically at him and started reading a new short novel, 'The Girl Who Cried Werewolf' by Annie Wilson.

"Your phone's ringing," Ryder interrupted me twenty minutes later.

"Yeah, phones tend to do that," I mumbled and continued reading.

"It's Verona," he said in a sing-song tone. I groaned and kicked Max gently. He looked at me and raised a thick, dark brow.

"Please," I batted my lashes for effect. He rolled his eyes and got up to get my phone, giving it me when he returned and sat back down. "Thanks, baby."

"Finally, how long does it take for you to pick up?" Verona questioned and I giggled.

"Sorry, Ver, I was reading," I explained, ignoring the gagging noise she made at a particular word. "You should try it, might learn a thing or two."

"No, thanks, I know all the words I need. Anyways, I called Christine Clydesdale and we've got interviews tomorrow at 7pm," she told me and I squealed.

"Cool. Pick me up?"

"Duh. Gotta go, I'm picking out my homecoming dress and my costume for Braze's party."

"Shit, I forgot about that! I'll send Max shopping for me," I shrugged and Max's expression made me laugh.

"I'll be round in a few, we're going shopping together," she declared and hung up. I sighed and got up, setting my kindle down. I put on my black, pink and white High Top converse, and decided against taking a jacket. Who cared if it was Fall time?

"Where are you going?" Steele asked.

"Shopping. Halloween party tomorrow and I need a costume," I explained and he nodded. "Echo, what're you going as?"

"Ezio Auditore Da Firenze," he grinned proudly and I rolled my eyes. "What? He kicks ass."

"That's proper cool! I love Assassin's Creed," Zeke agreed and I rolled my eyes again. Boys.

"That's Verona," I mumbled when I heard a car honk. I kissed Max chastely and waved to the other guys as I left the house.

"Get in loser, we're going shopping!" she yelled, smirking. I giggled and shook my head, getting into her baby pink VW Beetle convertible.
