This story is not true..But I hope you like it....

I looked out the window, The day was over and done with. I felt like the War was just beginning. Everyone looked down on me that summer, for I was inlove with a Black man. They told me, "You little Bitch, I outta knock you down right now!" But that didn't hurt us. Michael was young, and more importantly black. I didn't see color, neither did he, but the rest of my town did, and when they saw color, they saw death.

"God, If you could, please help us, There saying that there gonna kill Michael, I can't live without him lord, Please help me lord, Please help me." I held a cross close to my heart. I felt the presant's of God on my heart, and sorrow in my gut's. "Momma, Where's my sunday dress?" I screamed. Momma looked up weiry, yet like she had been crying. "It's ugh, baby, I really don't know anymore. Baby, will ya get me a drank."  I looked through my clothes, "yeah momma, hold on a second, Cause I godda find my dress for church!" I looked ruffly, now getting pissed. I walked into the kitchen, "Momma,  Please tell me you didn't drink the last of the wine." I looked through the refridgorator. "Never mind, I found it." I took a long hard swallow. I felt the redness run down my throat, "ahhh, so good." I let out a sigh of releif. "Rachael, you bedda not be drink in there, You got church today." I looked at the wine, "I aint goin, i can't find muh  dress." I looked back and grabbed a big glass. I poured slowly to see the thickness run down the cup. My momma was an aucohalic, and I frankly was ,too. "Momma, you got a ciggerette?" I looked into an empty pack, "DAMNIT!" "Momma, I need a ciggerette now!" I threw the pack down as I heard momma struggle to talk from caughing hrad. "Lay off the cigg's momma, ya coffin up a lung." I laughed and gave her the glass. Her eye's her bright blue, but had big black bag's under them. She was sickly skinny, and me compared to her, I was a fat ass. "Momma, I love you so much." I love you to baby girl, now hand momma a ciggerette." I looked over to where she was pointin, "Good, i need one." I lit a cigg for momma and me. "Momma, I just don't know what to do anymore, I love Michael so much, But...People are gettin real mad, I don't wanna see him get hurt..Again, You know what happened  last time." I looked down. "Baby girl, look, COLOR is COLOR. You don't need to worry 'bout no damn people, your love life is your's and your's only, and your pride is the only one thing you got left, don't let em take that away." I hugged my momma's neck and left a poof on her cheek, "Ill be back momma, gonna go hand with Michael, You need anything, please tell someone." I looked away.

I walked  out the door to the KKK walking down the street. They were walking down Michael's road..I saw them post a burnin cross in his yark. "Michael!!!!" I screamed and ran to his house. Everything seemed like a blur, Michaelscreamed my name and kissed my lips before they pulled us apart.

They hit me upside the head with a block of wood, blood trickled down my face. "Michael..Michael..." My voice came in a whisper. I fell down, weekly, I blanked out.. Darkness surrounded my vission. "Im sorry Michael, Im sorry." I heard Michael scream in  the back ground. Everything went blank.
