Hello there,

I believe that I should start by introducing myself. My name is Anne Hathaway. You may already have heard of me as the supernatural girl, but now it is time for you to hear my version of the story.

My life has never been easy. As you can imagine, it all started when I came into this world. I came out of the womb of my mother, just like everyone else. My nurse once told me how happy my mother was when she got to hold me in her arms. I like to imagine that she has loved me greatly. However, I never knew her. She died only a few hours after giving birth to me. Things were never easy without a mother in the house. My father always blamed me for her death. I can barely cover all the bruises and scars that he has given me. I did not see it then, but I guess it is only reasonable. I took the love of his life away and he felt the need to get his revenge.

Now, let me tell you how everything started.

I closed the door behind me and suddenly everything became quiet. All the screaming was long gone. As if it had never existed. The only sound was the wet and cold rain that repeatedly hit the ground. It was pouring down, but I did not care. I walked and I was going to keep walking. I wanted to get away from there. I wanted to get away from everything that I had ever known of. You might wonder what happened to me. My father caught me self-harming. At first he was sad, but when he saw the pool of blood on the floor he got angry. This time he left 8 marks.

A million things were running through my mind as I carefully walked towards the edge. I do not remember being happy. Not with heart anyway. I took a deep breath and stared at the ice cold water. Was I going to jump or was I going to fall? I closed my eyes and felt the cold wind gently blowing in my face. Suddenly I felt lightheaded. I felt like I was going to faint. The pills that I had been swallowing before decided to make some effort after all. This is it..

No more”.

Those two words were the last words running through my mind before I let myself fall down from the bridge. I fell down, and I kept falling until I let the waves swallow me. I was not afraid. Some might think it is selfish, but ones deeds are only as selfish as the world that one lives in. However, things did not quite turn out as I expected; few people know what really happened next. You can consider yourself special, because very soon I am going to share it with you.

This is only chapter 1. I am a new beginner, therefore I'd appreciate any good advice. What do you think about my writing? Are you going to read chapter 2?

Thanks in advance.
