I write poems in public , just sharing some fun

I published on Booksie now look what I've done

I now gained a following betond my wildest belief

I stolen fans hearts like a literary thief

My writings must intrigue .. tease ... tantalise

It must be Gods gift how I mesmorise

I must share my news with my adoring wife

And tell my new fame will not change my life

Look at me I said , I think I've gone viral

With so many fans there is no denial

My wife comes over to take a quick look

As I think of writing my first poetry book

My wife then giggled and said now listen you dunce

I will tell you this slowly , I will tell you just once

I felt my mood failing my hopes drop to the floor

When she told me its not viral when your fans number four

Then I bit my tongue though she was wicked and churled

I will just ignore her and believe in my own little world
