Chapter 1: My Little Book of Secrets

Prologue

Nothing would ever be the same again. They were out, all my secrets, the lies, and the personal problems going on throughout my life. How? How did they get out? The book was locked and impossible to find anywhere. I hid it where David and I would go swimming in the lake, inside the hollow tree. No one would dare go there, people thought ugly creatures would attack their pretty faces.

David and I, we took chances. I sure as hell didn't believe there was this crazy monster out there attempting to kill me. Neither did David. We were the outsiders, of course. We got picked on, once I got slapped, and occasionally a good push into the lockers arose.

What ever happened to David? He left me all alone just to be bullied. He didn't like it that way, he was tired. I was too but I wasn't planning on ruining my life.
