Kyle's Point of View:

The girl, Little Wolf/Camille, looks frightened and scared. I don't know what to do or what my pack members will think of her. It had been a stupid, idiotic accident.

They wouldn't be thrilled. Especially Amber considering she considered herself, the Alpha Female. Me, I considered myself as a lone Alpha. Women just get the way of politics and decisions. The formation of my pack had happened so quickly. It was in our DNA, this wolf blood. Passed down through generations and we could not see why it had happened to us. It had happened the first full moon night after each of our 17th birthday. I had just happened to be first sadly. It was horrible at first but I was able to help the others. I was first, so I considered myself the Alpha. I hadn't taken a mate yet and it was for sure was not going to be Amber. Before becoming the wolf, we had dated in our early teen years before the change and she had been horrible. She was barely tolerable now. She was always hitting on me and boasting I'd choose her as my mate eventually. Scaring poor Candy. I mean I liked Candy but she was like a younger sister to me.

The girl didn't speak at all during the entire car ride. I approach the McDonalds slowly and then pull into a park spot. I take the key out of the ignition. I open the door and get out. The girl quietly follows me. My pack is sitting and talking loudly at a table near the bathrooms. I approach them.

"Who the heck is she?" I hear from Amber's big mouth. She looks annoyed. I smile.

"Her name is Camille and she's your new roommate, play nice," I say. Amber glares at her intently. Camille looks terrified. I go to to Dylan's side and tell him to keep an eye of Camille. He nods.

"Camille, is it, how about you sit beside me," says Dylan smiling.

"Uh, sure thank you," she says softly. Amber is persistently staring at her like a cat looking at her prey.

"What would you like to eat, Camille?" I say looking at her.

She nervously looks at me.

"Would two cheeseburgers and a drink be alright?" I ask. She nods her head. She is too scared of Amber to say a word.
