"It too quiet," I thought out loud, still chewing on globs of delicious chocolate chip cookies in my mouth. I got up and stuck in an early Charlie Chaplin film at one o'clock in the afternoon. eleven hours north of what I originally planned.
I fell asleep on the couch for a couple hours, two cookies still balancing on my chest with every deep breath. You know, they say the way an adult breathes in sleep is similar to the way an infant always breathes. There was a drumroll kind of knock at the door. "God,"
I groaned and rolled off of the couch onto the floor, smashing two cookies into my floral print dress, "God," I said, looking down at the mess it made against the mostly white floral fabric. The drumroll like knocking continued.
***The story cuts off here and hasn't continued. Thus here is where I could use some collaboration** All Glory to God in Jesus Name, Amen! God is Able!!
