This is an article detailing a way to combat depression without the use of anti-depressants. Obviously everyone is different; each depression sufferer suffers in their own way, each facing a different intensity to their depression, and everyone fights their depression in different ways, but these natural remedies are the two most common forms recommended when naturally combating depression.
I'm not recommending to immediately stop taking anti-depressants - that's dangerous! But anti-depressants are as unhealthy as the illness itself and there are better, and often times, more effective solutions to popping pills.
