This was a poem I wrote for my girl on Valentine's Day... We hadn't known each other a month and I was hinting at the three special words I wanted to say to her... :)

This poem was inspired by a Philip Glass piece called "The Kiss" from the OST of the movie "The Hours". Sometimes it's hard to fight the urge to fall for someone even if the world isn't in favor of it. I wrote this poem for my ex, and this is my description of the first time we actually kissed. (The word "FORBIDDEN" here refers to the fact that when we got together, she was still in another relationship, but she was very unhappy and we had to keep our relationship a secret.)
