6;00am

Wake up , sky

She whispers

Tickling the treetops and chasing leaves up the street

The world is asleep, but She wants to play

Knocking on the window, She blows the curtains to and fro

And you reluctantly agree, lumbering out of bed.

Good Morning, says She.

2;57pm

You dance with She big brother, the sun

He laughs and jumps, She watches

Like a mother guiding Her children

Smiling, She gently sighs,

Flattening grass as She walks towards you,

Ruffling your hair, twisting your shirt,

You can't see Her, but you love that She's there.

11;08pm

Screaming as Her enemy, water, rips through Her hair,

Scarring Her face, She cries, still fighting

A storm is brewing, and She fights the wind

Because She knows, that if She surrenders,

He will hold her in His cruel arms, and turn Her to ice.

Gale Forces pushing, Her eyes water, streaming

But She knows she'll win, because she is never away,

Even though you cannot spy her.
