In my early 30s

born and raised in dirty jersey

they say home is where you lay your hat (head) down

well i done laid all around

been town through town

girl throuh girl

see so much joy n pain

found out im happier when it rains

found out fame isnt about the range

its bout how they speak your name

its not bout the bank roll

its about how free your soul is

i started playing in the streets at an early age

thats why i can write page after page

my brain n body is filled with love and rage

love for respect raged for the lack of respect

but who am i.

i ask myself everyday who am i?

how can the world change

if i wont change.

been caught up for so long

im that bad guy gone wrong

so i write poems not songs

went from beer to bongs

bongs to popping

clubs to mallls

malls to beaches

beaches to snowy mountines

mountines to county jails

jails to insanty

keep myself consumed by inner thoughts

fearless tough rugged and raw

but edlers said they seen it all befor

my rage keeps me inshape

push ups like im trying to run through the floor

one eye looking behind trying to remember where i been

one eye looking ahead dreaming heavenly thoughts

never stuck in the present time

i dont know why i do what i do.

alls i know i love this life of mine.

i was born to rhyme

even though i learned the laws of peddy crimes

been up been down been loved been hurt

so i guess im free fallen

even though i stay high

head held up in the sky

praying for better dayz

even thou i dont blaze

eyes stay blood shot

too much self caused stress

to many sleepless nights

only weak rest

the strong most go on

day to day pushing the limits
