On my morning walk, I pictured two characters summed up as: one like a monkey jumping around a cage eyes blinking scanning mouth chewing found fruit like a motor, the other an armadillo slowly moving groundedly towards its destinations one at a time and easy to trace but not easy to stop. I wanted to try and write something other than introspection or poetry (my comfort zone). An experiment looking for a way forward maybe.
