I had to write a sonnet for English, and i just joined the site, so i thought i might as well submit it, ha ha, I don't know how good it is, but i guess its decent... commentators and critics are always welcome!

Water Sonnet
The cool, clear liquid drips and flows with grace,
Drifting and falling downward evermore,
Snowflakes cold, frigid, delicate as lace,
Falling softly upon the winter floor.

Gently gurgling brooks and roaring rivers,
Long pointed pillars of sparkling ice,
Frigid blasts of air give you the shivers,
Wish for warmth, but body heat must suffice.

So many forms and so many changes,
One to another and then to the next,
Continually making exchanges,
That cannot be described in simple text.

All around, all over, and in between,
Water is special, that’s easily seen.
