A A A

Your journey has come to the end,

You’re speechless,

You say words that bend,

Your eyes fixated on the edge,

A peaceful view,

No one knows, no one ever will,

You’ve dreamt of such an end,

But you doubt if it’ll be as bliss before,

Over and over again,

Your journey has come to the end,

You don’t want to be a numerical factor,

You step back and contemplate your actions,

You won’t let it have the best of you,

But it has only gotten the worst of you,

So you smile,

Over and over again.

Your journey has come to the end,

You turn around,

As you did before, hundreds of times or more

But this shall be the last,

You say with great pride,

Then you begin to walk for a mile,

Your journey has come to the end,

You go back to the edge,

You reserve a seat,

Which reads,

For me,

Your journey has just begun again.
