Her shrill cry
broke the silence of the
Hospital room
running across all the beds
her voice made the
sweetest sound
in my ears

I had been waiting
for her to come along
for nine months
I was so restless,
now I am so free
so relaxed
her red face is not
so clear
I know she looks like me
but so what
she is part of me only

I love her a lot
I care for her,
adore her
and I wish she
lives long enough
that one day
she gives rest to my
motionless head
when I will be going out
of the universe
may she be there...
