My heart tears
Into two
It cries
I cry
My stomach aches
Like maybe hunger
I feel the pain
I thirst for his
Warm chocolate eyes
They stare so
At my laughing face
I hurt inside
But time still passes
Birds still fly
The sun will set
As the trees cry
The months have passed
The years will too
But in my heart
But in my soul
Will stay a place
Still waiting there for you
To breathe again
To live again
I feel that I
Could love again
If I could run again
If I could swim again
And throw the ball
And hold your
Happy panting face
Again
