Everyone has felt this. Everyone has been caught up in it. I tried to see the damage my anger has done to the receivers of my rants.

Noisy chatter familiar to the ears,

raises the bile that burns within.

After a meal shared with tears

the sense of fear fuels this sin.

Wrestling feelings of emotional disgust.

Elevated through actions expressed

the words leave, hit and combust.

Shattering the heart in this contest.

Each note smothering any shame

showing a cheek best left alone.

Inhibitions lose ground in this game

Darkening mind’s color unbeknown.

The glue holding the moments fire

surrounds any mood looking lighter.

Its range get greater with ill will,

drawing energy not to admire.

The longer this cycle is allowed,

the stronger the damage is done.

Littered with feelings tossed aloud,

tearing flesh without need of a gun.

Sadly this script was written before.

Never played to a final conclusion.

Leaving the actors ignorant and sore,

we all need  to stop this confusion.

Because all this anger is no illusion.
