I feel my feet sink in the sand

I feel my heart beat

The sweat in my hand

An Endless desert

A Blinding light

All I feel is fear and fright

I hear the noises approaching behind me

Bang Bang

I hope they never find me

I feel it in me

A piercing pain

My legs fall beneath me

I feel no pain

Lay on my back

Look to the sun

I feel relaxed

No need to run

I feel the heat seep from my soul

I feel so cold, I feel so old

I look to the sky

I see the light

I say a prayer

I say good night
