It’s the entirety I crave;
there is no real pleasure.
Why do I say yes to you?

You’re an entity of sorrow
The essence of remorse
Silencing my wit,
Mystifying my perception,
Cluttering my reality, with your perplexity.

The who never matters,
I’ve been enveloped in so many beings,
And I’ve never caught a glimpse at their souls,
you’re my only connection,
and you’re so weak.

They don’t care about you the way I do,
they yearn for you,
you seldom stipulate respect
They use my body, while I detach,
they leave my substance demeaned and tormented.

Why do I say yes to you?
