Alex turns the radio higher to blast out the noise of the sirens in the background.
“# Josie's on a vacation far away. Come around and talk it over...”
He steps harder on the accelerator, speeding down the busy street disregarding anyone’s safety, he looks in the rear view mirror and glances at the disco party of blue lights. He faces Dylan.
“We had some good times kid, but I don't think we can get out of this as easily as I said we could.”
“Well. At least I got to meet you.” Dylan boldly states.
At that point Dylan smiles at Alex, knowing that no matter what happens at this point. He regrets nothing. Alex slowly pushes harder on the gas pedal as they roar down the street, the road block at the end of the street grasps his attention.
“This is it, it's all over.” Shouts Alex.
“# I just wanna use your love tonight, woh! I don't wanna lose your love tonight...”
The car roars towards the end of the road where the roadblock is placed. A cop with a megaphone shouts out to stop the car and give up. Alex suddenly jerks the wheel right as they rock the car up a staircase, avoiding the roadblock completely, Dylan grabs hold of the dashboard as Alex heckles the cops with a...
The car thuds onto an apartment rooftop before crashing down onto the road on the other side hardly sustaining damage, Dylan grins and gives Alex a high five before they ride off into the neon light filled sky. Not a cop in the rear view mirror, free roaming from now on...
