Down and out, he's been for long,
Tired and worn, his heart is now.
The tale he wrote, was not his last,
His braveheart heart, refused to bow.
*
His aching pride won't let him rest,
His queen, at home, shall wait for him.
And oblivion shall loosen its hold.
Oh! Shall victory, be fate for him?
*
Its time he picked up his worn-out heart,
And each ounce of will left in his frame.
Its time he put his life at stake,
And challenged death at its game.
*
And so shall he mount his horse,
And so shall he dust his sword,
And so shall he march to the field,
And roar, just as his fathers roared.
*
To help those men that look up to him,
To hear the song his princess sings,
The kings that fall must rise again,
For kings that don't are no true kings.
