Metronome

Sway from side to side
Move to the left
Then to the right
Pace quickens up
Then slows down
Always has a beat
Time all around
Life as one with a metronome

Does one's life not seem like a constant motion?

One moves from one side to the other in ever which way. One moment we're left in our ways. Then we are to the extreme right by choice or not.

Earlier years go by so quick. So much seem to be at high speed. Then life slows down towards the later years as do many things in the world.

Life picks up and slows at any given time. Forever a continuous cycle. Always a heart beat to be heard and felt. Always something in constant motion for a beat.

Time ticks away in the background. Always there in the shadows constantly. Tick tock tick tock...

Unless we are living in the moment, it will always appear as if time is ticking away. We are here to live, not to watch the sands of time fall from our hands leaving us with nothing.
