this poem that had started to write itself through images and this weeks events turned into a huge appreciation for the writers and best friends I first met here, in 2008. They have grown in my heart and I hope to forever be a part of theirs.
Through your writing I have captured thoughts and ideas of creativity that has jump started my days and my mind a trillion times over. But I think it is your friendship I cherish most! Thank-you!

Images not soft and supple
But hardened to the core
Pull sideways on the brain.
-
It is a format waiting
To break I guess…
-
Discomfort underneath these color-form clothes.
You wrestle too much
Semi drown in thick stagnant air,
There must be a better place to breathe..
-
If wishes would stay still….
-
Like a wild cat the air tussles, cuts, and simmers
With a howl.
-
Dreams are being born in it.
-
Being placid is a simple design
That keeps breaking.
-
-
-
What images have you now
You and the writer conjured scores
Of intimate thought between you;
Symbolic visual imagery upon lines,
Giving rise to core Ideas!
-
My thoughts break and shake
Some hardened to the core
Pulling sideways on my mind
And you keep me gathering
For the sake of my soul; my person
That lies underneath it all
The ghost of ghosts, and
My urge to delve significantly!

Haha! Humbling might have been a better word choice, air. Quite impressive. Thanks for the visit! I'll be snoopin' through your verse now that I've found it! Love your style! Have tried so hard to stray from traditional but always seem to march right back into formation.

I like the way you turn phrases into concepts I can so easily visualize, like the first line, "images not soft and supple". And your word choice is excellent. It does sound so much better than "images hard and rigid" :) I like the ambience you give the reader in the next to last stanza, although I don't like the use of the word "core", but that's just me. The last line is perfect! This is a great poem. I'm looking forward to reading more of your writings. ~ cougarose

mmm, Whim, well your 'traditional' is pretty darn good!
Still I know what you mean and you will adapt to different folds/styles/patterns here. Some people are So inspiring to us that when we read something of theirs it just burst something open inside us.

CougarRose; Thankyou very much for the indepth comment!
Yes a word and/or phrase here or there I'm quiet certain is off a beat. It was put togethere quickly.

xXC; :-) Thank-you, your so sweet!

Hi Air. Did you feel brittle when you wrote this piece?
Don't you find that, sometimes, pouring words onto pages, willy nilly, find their own places and often work their magic by chance? I liked the poem and am lifting myself up, by my boot laces, to a better and happier place

Hi Mike! :-) Brittle? heehee, is that an Irish slang lol I'll have to look it up.
I was feeling uncomfortable. I don't know how else to explain it.. sometimes the body is very agitated as it seems to be going through something/things I guess.. and yes; the the words sure do go into place.. they do that for us.. it is very cool! Yes magic :-)
And then it occured to me how I have many times been opened up by my fellow writers/friends poetry.. and how much it has meant to me. ..
Mike maybe you should come to facebook and interact too.. it might help. I really wish you all the best and would love to see you cheering up to last.

Anna upon re-reading this, I thought maybe I should stress more upon the last two paras that they are about myself thinking on how much you all's poetry has uplifted me to write scores better then I ever could have/would have.. the intimacy between us via the poetry is just so wild and gorgeous..
although I know you get it, not sure if it comes across to everyone. maybe a simple two words would do the trick :-) anyhow, making for a lovely weekend here.
Ken and I off to the city in a few hours.
This time I have a session/consult with Jean as well.

Anna please let us know when surgery happens.
I run across another web site btw after Jean suggested enzyme therapy to Ken using 'Tumor X' and some other enzymes and it has some amazing products I thought.
The site is: www.cancerx.org/formula-303x.html
They've tons and tons of info.
I wish i could afford everything i want ;-)
I'm thinking on doing some supplements for oxygen increase.

Weather-wise; its a sweltering week ahead, heat index reaching 115 and poss 120 eeeeeek but on the goodside; its a bunch of free outside sauna days! :-)

some days are like that.
I am at Kens and the garden is not as full as it was early on but still surviving. I have been doing the fermenting in jars with vegies and they are delish most of the time.

I ordered this item called 'endocrine mendor' from a site with TumorX & Bioanue products. Then I also am getting 'DailyZyme' and some better magnesium.
I'm taking colostrum again as well for my immune system and if pumps up my muscles I'll be showin off ;-)
I can't convince people that I use to be tough.. they just laugh LOL.. but I was at one time believe it or not.
Prob at our age its the muscle an bone that gets lost.. but I plan to pack it back on.. I want to feel like a hundred bucks. Notice I didn't say 'a million' ;-)
a hundred will do just fine!

Ok, so you sound terif, and I Do hope you do well with half a thyroid. You really should since the poison is gone now.

And oh my, I just thought; you will be entering Spring where you are... as we will be entering the Fall.
Spring for rejuvenation and fall to let loose the cobwebs.

Anna, dear Anna, I hope and pray that you will always find satisfaction in life.. not somewhere, but everywhere.
Your peom is most beautiful, soft and eloquent, you can hear the 'wrestle' of wanting yet not wanting to leave the virtual world. Find reality Anna.
Where ever it is, for You!
Come back if you can, sometime..
I'm going to give you Swati/Urja's new blog-spot link, in case you ever feel like reading and/or visiting with her.. she has some good writes and veiws;
http://runesonatablet.blogspot.com
Would be nice some day to have a blog-spot about nutrition maybe.. hmmmmm, maybe :-)

Not sure if you'll be back to read this but;
Recently I found out that I too have thyroid issues; deficiency... and in fact I've learned that a huge majority do. Either too much or insufficient and is due to Iodine deficiency. So I am taking Iodine, an organic form. The scare over Iodine in the medical world had/has them not giving people enough of it and without it so many, many problems occur. According to my recent reading, if the body is not sufficint with Iodine, it then affects the pituitary, kidneys, liver, heart etc... the kidneys can not properly do their job in elimination of toxins/heavy metals etc..
I am feeling much better these last days now that I am not only taking care of the Iodine deficiency but the magnesium and zinc too. Chronium is another one; I also had terrible blood sugar, even close to being diabetic. It all goes together with these mineral deficiencies; one prob leads to another and the Body Does tell you, its just that we have lacked the proper info to heal our selves.
One day I should start a nutritional blog :-) because there is just so much to know.. the Alopath learns about pharmecudicals but not too much on nutrition, Yet but change is here. Although I am finding that your Chiropracs, many of them also have liscense or knowledge in nutrition... AND with that, they are able to sell Professional Supplements. Ones that have better similation/absorption in the body.

Well ok, enough chit-chat. I will miss you terribly sometimes, but if that happens I will simply see you in my minds eye and send a cherry smile (^-^)

Anna, Yes I will be here indefinitely. I can't see a reason as to why not. It does me no harm to leave things like they are at least for now. If some time I decide to get more serious about publishing I've seen others say they have to take their work off the internet. As to why I have no idea. But what ever.

A fake gosh no.. don't be negative on yourself.
And if leaving the virtual world is the best thing for you right now then fine.
Aging is a normal function as should be maturity but do we? Some of us never really mature or take on the responsibility's we should, would, could? Myself I am noticing that part more and more.. but as for the deterioration of the body it is different for everyone and involves so many things. Our every day nature, the bodies absorption, chemicals, the mismanagement of our intake etc etc etc etc... emotionalism, greif etc etc.. and then of course as to our focus and where that is determines how we relate to pain if and when it does hit.
Oh good greif where am I? hahaha ok well the stiffness is more and more an issue and can be releived by fasting and other such ways to eliminate the acid crystals. I think that is one of the affects that people relate to aging that really can be eliminated.
Stiff body parts and arthritis among others all caused by diet related can be reversed.
Graying hair... HA well I am trying to over come that one too!!! HAHA good luck to me right?? HAHAHA
Anna I will sure miss you , but as well like you say, if it is time to let go then so be.. I don't feel it but I do what the circumstances come to be. Or rather, I accept what they are.
Off to wake up the big kid (Ken) had a long drawn out day yesterday at the Mayo in Rochester.
Be good Anna. Love to you always!*
