Worldly flames ignite the soul,

Places we should never go,

Things that we should never know.

Time shall pass, this too shall end;

Will you still consider me your friend?

When I rise up on my feet,

And life to me seems so complete;

The flames ignite my soul again,

Will you still consider me your friend?

And hold my hand until it ends?
