this was written for my mother as a birthday present in apr. 2004

The greatest love in all the world

From her heart to ours is understood.

Manifests of knowing untold thought

Tenderness that can't be bought.

From the core of her being she passed along

To each child, a special song.

To never ending poetry; To never walk in mystery;

For the knowledge always there,

And though the heart is unaware,

It sings her echoes we all share.
