Greed

Your deeds are as dark as

the water you pollute to afford that suit.

Your greeds a golden tea cup

spilling out all the seas.

Your minds a spitting image

of the god of apathys.

Your crimes are as hefty

as your fathers and his boss's.

You readily have them muted

thousands of jobs is what it costs.

Your existance is as filthy

as the shit kept in those sleeves.

Your wife knows none of this

You'll smile as she leaves.

You became who you are for a nametag

one which reads:

The American Dream.
