The tears of Aurora are already dampening my lashes
and yet, the sun is still absent from my window.

Where I stand,
at the edge of dreamland I awake,
still in the embrace of Morpheus
and willingly take the paths of Reverie;
O' how sweet is the enchantment that overwhelms me
when I venture into the cloudy confines of my underworld!

The dream takes a path and now I follow, now I lead,
cautioning whispers come from afar;
I must not wander too far,
lest I get lost in dreamland.
My eyelids would be sealed
and forever remain shut.
