Thunder crashing over head
Lightning flashing all around me
My head filled with what he said
Thoughts buzzing like an angry bee

Cold rain sliding down my cheek
Lips as pink as a mature rose
No words or voice left to speak
Allowing my feelings to close

Wind carrying my hair
Leaves blowing past me
My heart is aware
I can finally see

I will never be blind
As the clouds begin to fade
I'm able to clear my mind
My heart will never be displayed

The sun begins to shine bright
A figure standing near a tree
Maybe it'll guide me to my light?
Hopefully then I'll feel free

Thanks to you,
I finally do...
