You know when I meditate every time it stars off the same way, with me sitting on the sand by the beach. I'm sitting Indian style with my palms facing up at the sky, my eyes are closed, but I still can see the ocean and waves in front of me, I feel the warmth of the sun and the connection going from the sky through my third eye chakra, and a beam of energy from the sky to my palms. It's such an amazing feeling when your soul connects with your body, you can feel movements and energy 6 inches away from your body, because my spirit is over me, not in me. When I picture myself sitting on the sand and I walk away from my body into the ocean, I look at myself and the person I am, the person that speaks for that body, doesn't look how I feel. It's just not me. That person sitting right there, is not me. It's not a bad thing, but it's just not who I really am. In my head I'm this holy person with healing hands that walks the streets feeling people's energy, and knowing who's hurt, and who's sick. I picture me touching them and curing them, just by holding their hands????. In my world, there is no suffering, there is no sickness, there is no end. I really don't know why I am in a world I don't agree with, i don't know why I have to see all the horrible things that happen to our planet, people and animals. Why do these things occur in my human life experience. My spirit life, it is so different, if I agree more with that, why am I witnessing something I don't understand? All I can say is that when I meditate the world is a much more beautiful and peaceful. A place that cannot be explained, because no human life can understand that kind of purity, unless you know how to connect with the other world. Very few people understand and know what I mean, I guess in this world we are the divergent walking this planet.
Amen.

There are two forms of meditation:
Buddhism and Hinduism
The Buddhism way, is when you close your eyes, and you wait for it to happen, and you debate, "am I meditating?" This form takes a lot of practice.

For the Hinduism, you chant, they believe that their prayers and words have power, it has helped sick people get better, it's proven that it does work. It's in sanskrit. If you learn the chants.

My most practiced chant is: Om mani padme hum, if you want to make it easier download the song. You can also chant with it.
