In my final breaths.

As I feel my skin wither and turn to dust.

All I can think you.

As I feel my heart slow in beat. as my breath fades.

All I can think you.

Family and friends surround me. They cry.

longing for me to live. To fight.

I stare at a picture of you.

I stroke your face slowly, wishing one last time to feel you.

To hear you. To kiss you one last time.

I know deep in my old withered heart...I will no longer see you.

The feel of your hair. The  heat of your skin close to mine.

I'm an incomplete puzzle without you.

I was left alone in this world. You went to heaven where you belong.

Not I.

Can you see me?

Please send me one more sign.

Tears gather around my eyes.

None comes.

Tears spill.

My world fades.

White flashes apear and I see you.....

Your hair softly parted away from your....eyes.

Clear and full of hope......full of forgivness.

I begin to sob with happiness. Thank you I murmur you.

Goodbye is my final word to those I loved and who loved me as my soul flies across the skies and witness much of the world....of the universe. All I can think you.
