This is quite personal to me actually. I vividly remember writing it in tears! Read out of it what you will but I already know exactly what it means to me.

He is the one.

I never thought I would fall for him
And the truth is I know I can’t.
Gosh, if he ever read this
He’d either have a fit of laughter
Or a real fit.
He looks at me with wise eyes that view me
On level rather than the child I admittedly am
He gives and accepts a mutual level
Of trust, respect and care
Which just makes his presence completely endearing
He has softly tossed charcoal hair
That glimmers every so often
And he has the most beautiful set of shining teal eyes
Which can capture me in a heartbeat.
I will never forget a word he says
And I will always remember,
In increasing gratitude,
The unbelievable wisdom I am sure he will imprint
On my heart before our time is done.
I am in love with him
Undoubtedly, undeniably, uncontrollably.
That is why it will hurt so much
When I finally have to

Let go.
