Once

bid the sun "keep flying, be free;

fly little birdie...just listen to me.

morning is nigh, the dark not much more

tempest will pass, and calm is in store".

did you know little birdie, i was there All along?

never i left, just unseen but not gone.

through cages that held you

and breezes that blew;

through struggles that hurt you

on still you flew

i was proud little birdie, I was there All along.

saying

"fly little birdie, sing me your song."

as the sun up above,through the days did i guide

never i left, just at night did i hide

whisp'ring

"fly little birdie, soar through the sky

the world will be yours if just only you try."

Once. Just Once

one dark scary night,

one morn seemed too far.

one cage held too tight.

Once. Just Once

too much was more flight.

too much little birdie

too much was not right.

wish you knew little birdie, I was there All along.

never i left, just unseen but not gone

Once you Were little birdie,but I guess now your free

as you fly little birdie please just watch over me

use your wings little birdie

come right back by my side

use your wings little angel

bid the sun "Never hide."
