During church that Sunday morning the preacher

Asked for a prayer when no one answered

A Girl stood up and said I will pray for us

In hopes of changing all

Before she started the preacher asked are you sure

Little Hope looked at him and started to pray

Our hands are tied and our lips are sealed

When knelt before the power of god's own hand

We shall not speak unless he says

We shall not touch unless told to

When time has passed our savior will call

Out the names of sinners all

To join him and his angels all

In a life that is sacred to all

Who hold dear his glorious name

Let us be lifted to a place on high

With hearts so pure we to will cry

Let us be angels for all

Even the sinners for I am one to

It is in his name I do declare that all will be saved just like me

And when her eyes opened she looked all around

To find a place so warm inside

Her words touched all even the men

With the most stern of face

Was moved by her words

When the preacher asked how she came to say what she said

Little Hope looked up and said

A message was delivered from god himself

He wanted to say that my daddy was fine

And even though they shot him so

He still will be with me forever more
