Play the music for the rose
sing the tune; wilt - enclose

Let the Melody flower with rain
blood drips the center; now it stain

Broken veins lick a trail
rust and remembered, tool the nail

Keys of ebony covered white
dove a bird; should it take flight?

Stems of jagged knives do it wonder
washed with nervous color

Now the bloom of feathered red
Velvet a time; - forgotten instead?

Play the music, sing it now
for the rose; bow down.
