Yes the haze of night causes a vicious spell

You know this, oh all too well

Shadows and people can’t be told apart

- The way they intertwine like a work of art

You run, you yell, you look for purpose

More than what can be seen above the surface

You found it, you found it, it’s all right there!

All along it was always right here!

But when the all-mighty stars disguise and hide

Who will be there by your side?

When the sun no longer lights up your way

- Its rays were stolen because of foul play

They stole, they lied, they knew all along

That despite how great, it was oh so wrong

Wonderful, wonderful, dreams of despair!

Don’t leave me amidst dreams of air!
