There is a famous saying “Failures are stepping stones to success”. But how many of us have really implemented it or applied it to our daily lives. Maybe hardly one in a hundred
or one in a thousand. I have faced failure right from the beginning of my career when I was confronted with people. Failures have taught me to become stronger and try again till I succeeded. That is how I ended up becoming self-reliant and perseverant.

We need to develop a positive outlook and approach to failures from which we can learn and benefit a lot. We can perform a post mortem analysis on failures to see what went wrong and correct them in future. Most people view failures as setbacks. That is actually wrong.

Failure is success turned inside out. Whenever I faced failure, I looked at the situation, the people involved and myself to see what went wrong. This is called post mortem analysis. Based on introspection and post mortem analysis I improved myself. That is how over a period of time I became more patient, perseverant and courageous. That is also how I developed inherent values and strengths.
