The light shuttered off in the distance. Instantly I was paralyzed by fear. I heard the creaking coming for me as a deer hears a go off right before it's hit by the bullet. Was it finally on me now I wondered? What horrible tortures awaited me? Closer it came I no longer could move, harsh as this may be, how one can not move when he needs to run. Where would I even go, there was only two ways out one was in the direction of the creaking, the other was just a very long fall to death. Now I can see the dark shadow of the climbing up slowly as though it is already trying to torment me. The thing is almost upon me now what must I do I can only imagine. -The light flickers on- " Good night son.", The boys dad said.
