I walked down the road,

I found my home,

I order my routine,

I sit down alone,

I see her watching,

from across the bar,

I rest my head,

on the tables arms,

she moves in silence,

I pray for a notion,

or another round,

of the strongest you've got,

I don’t even know her,

but she reminds me of you,

the way that her eyes light up,

the darkness of solitude,

her lips are cold,

like winters before you,

her hair lays softly,

like summer I'd met you,

she shakes like me,

weak and unnerving,

I put on my best show,

she sits in the front row,

I take her back,

to my hotel,

I pretend that shes you,

all is well that ends well,

I wake up,

and shes gone,

just like you.
