I don't believe in myself,

or anybody else,

so what makes you think,

that I'll believe you?,

I distance myself,

from anything or anyone,

from a loss in belief,

in myself and the fair sex,

but see it keeps me from feeling,

the way I feel tonight,

my hands wrapped around a bottle,

my stomache in knots,

my heart beating out of my chest,

I don't ever want to feel this way again,

but tomorrow is another day,

and I have yet to see a change,

so tonight I will burn out my insides,

wake up and make sure my shoes are tied,

and lick this mornings wounds.
