I have a prince, he has no name.
Quite a poet, he has no shame.
Our secret world so out of reach,
walking hand in hand along the beach.
Making our way to our fairy land,
leaving behind footprints in the sand.
Breaking away from what pulls us down,
sweet laughter between us releases a frown.
Freedom a place either knows,
shattered hearts but nothing shows.
He gives me portraits in my mind,
beautiful places hard to find.
Time together not easy to share,
in our minds skin soft and bare.
Uncomfortable silence with words unsaid,
erotic images flowing endless within our heads.
Fantasies wild inside my dreams,
realizing pleasures never before seen.
Demons awaken me far too soon,
swallowed up beneath the moon.
Watchful eyes they burn a hole,
upon our restless free-spirited souls.
Escaping the fire, wounds unhealed,
secure embrace a powerful shield.
Breaking down many built up gates,
for on the other side,
your true princess awaits.
