A rain droplet strikes my cheek,

As, raiging forward, comes another week.

Clouds Stretch, covering the entire sky,

To my skin, the sun no longer lie.

The day becoming so very bleak,

My knees, shaking, begin to get weak,

My arms start to rust to nothing,

And my heart tired of wanting.

But it's ok to live without a sky.

I have no need for the question why.

Because with hope an wonder, moving me forward,

I'll keep my ears open for a word,

As the sky clears away.

I see good in the day....
