It is truly an art to be able to watch your life and the lives of others pass before you as if it were on TV screen.

It’s quite a boring show. The only exciting moments are those that require a rewind button.

It is the type of show where you desperately want to mute the volume but cannot find the remote and are too lazy to get up. Instead, the voices of concern, pity, and unasked-for advice keep playing - making you feel physical pain in your ears.
It’s not easy to be this indifferent. Its not easy for me to move the muscles of my face to suit the conversation when beneath it, I am solemn, my eyes are distant and looking beyond your faces into the open air- just staring. Brain dead.
Even war, bombs, and blood can surround me and I will step over the bodies on my way out to find some other image to pretend to contemplate.
You thought I was a deep thinker and admired me for it- I had you fooled.
I’m just indifferent, tuningyou out, turning you off ,so I can hear the silence of my mind and focus on the emptiness of my stare.
