Vijay Mallya the liquor baron and the owner of King Fisher Airlines has gone bankrupt. He owns the banks 1.67 Billion. Being a parliamentarian, he had a diplomatic passport and using that he has fled to the UK. Leaving the country using a diplomatic passport after embezzling large amounts of money is idiomatically called Mallyaization.

Example:  The corrupt politician’s bamboozling of public funds and leaving the country is Mallyaization.
