They are also a minority community in India. I happened to read their quirky behavior. A 10th grade public exam was held in the state of Kerala. The parents of a child who is a Seventh Day Adventist moved the court and obtained sanction to write the exam in the evening after the holy hours were over. The child was quarantined and kept in a separate room since the exam started in the morning. This kind of religious intoxication is bewildering, strange and fanatic. The moot question is that whether these communities are culturally integrated into the social fabric of democracy.
